BOXING ONE 2 ONE
Are you looking for some personal training? Or perhaps you and a few friends would like to train together as a small group without the need of having to join a larger class? We specialise in one-2-onetraining and also offer bespoke small group sessions in any of our training disciplines of Taekwon-Do, Boxing or Kickboxing
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a fun and effective cardio workout that engages almost every muscle in your body. So instead of plodding along on the treadmill, try these drills from fitness expert and certified kickboxing instructor to torch calories and tone your arms, abs, shoulders, back, and legs at the same time.
HIIT SESSIONS
High-intensity interval training can be described as an exercise session composed entirely of HIIT techniques, or as a component of an exercise plan. HIIT exercise sessions generally consist of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high-intensity exercise separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, then a cool down period.
BOOTCAMPS
Our boot camps are designed for efficiency and they are designed for achieving results. Too many people go the gym, do the same workouts every day, and never really progress. No progress = no results. If you aren’t achieving results, then what’s the point? The boot camps are designed to ensure that this won’t happen. We can’t let this happen!
